NCTF® 135 HA is an injectable skin biorevitalization treatment developed by FILLMED Laboratories. Its formula combines non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid with a polyrevitalizing complex containing vitamins, amino acids, coenzymes, minerals, nucleosides, antioxidants, and other components selected to support the skin environment.

SeduSkin Evolution is a professional skin-rejuvenation formulation developed to address several components of declining skin quality at the same time. Rather than adding volume beneath the skin as a dermal filler does, Evolution is intended to support the quality and condition of the skin itself.
Polydeoxyribonucleotides — DNA-derived fragments used in regenerative aesthetic formulations because of their potential role in supporting cellular repair processes and the biological environment involved in tissue regeneration. Evolution uses high-purity salmon-derived DNA fragments.
Naturally present within the skin and extracellular matrix, hyaluronic acid plays an important role in hydration. Evolution contains 1% intermediate-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid. Unlike cross-linked dermal fillers, it is not being used to create facial volume or projection.

Evolution does not restore significant facial volume, project the cheeks, chin, or lips, relax muscle-related expression lines, remove significant pigmentation or vascular lesions, lift descended facial tissues, correct substantial skin laxity, or replace facial or eyelid surgery when structural aging is present.
A wrinkle does not always have the same cause. A fine line related primarily to dehydration may benefit from a skin-rejuvenation treatment. A wrinkle created by repetitive muscle movement may respond better to a neuromodulator. A fold related to volume loss may require filler, while loose or descended tissues may require a surgical solution.
Evolution may also be considered as part of a maintenance program for patients who want to support skin quality over time.
Recovery is generally relatively short, although temporary redness and sensitivity are expected following microneedling. Depending on treatment intensity and individual response, temporary effects may include redness or pinkness, warmth or sensitivity, mild swelling, tightness, dryness or light flaking, temporary roughness, and mild pinpoint irritation.
Sun protection is essential. Recently microneedled skin requires careful protection from ultraviolet exposure. Because skin quality is influenced by age, sun exposure, lifestyle, skincare, hormonal factors, genetics, and previous treatments, the degree of improvement varies between patients. Results are better assessed over time rather than immediately after a single session.
Improvements in skin quality develop progressively. When a treatment series is recommended, the objective is to build on the improvement achieved with previous sessions rather than attempt to produce an exaggerated change during one treatment.
